We totally understand that it can be tricky ordering online – especially getting a feel for color. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! We accept returns that meet our return policy:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

  • For orders over $50 in value, we will charge a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • All “Pro Shop” and “Seconds” sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

  • Returned item(s) must arrive undamaged, clean and in new condition. To ensure proper packaging and safe transit, we recommend using a professional packing and shipping company.

  • Unless your item(s) is being returned because of damage or defect, you are responsible for return shipping cost.

  • Upon safe arrival of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
